The performance of the bi-cubic B-spline collocation method is evaluated in this research. The recursive form of the bi-cubic B-spline basis function is used as the basis function in the bi-cubic B-spline collocation method. The viability and convergence of the proposed bi-cubic B-spline collocation method for Poisson's equations with Dirchlet's boundary condition problems are investigated. For the convergence of the present method, absolute relative error analysis is also performed by comparing with the exact solution.
