The book examines the issues that small clothes retail stores confront in terms of strategic planning, as well as the elements that influence strategic planning in the industry. The implications of talent recruitment, employee retention, job happiness, and productivity on talent management are also examined in the book. The framework for social sciences research methodology is an organised and sequential research process that is used in this book, with each stage feeding into the next to offer an all-encompassing foundation for the complete social sciences research practise. In order to establish the impact of cash management methods on SMEs' growth, the study also employs a quantitative research approach and a descriptive research design. Self-efficacy beliefs are also highlighted in the book, and they predict both career readiness and job search intention. The elements impacting school administrators' responses to the newly implemented online application system are also discussed in this book. The job dynamics during the epidemic were also discussed, as well as the relationship between emotional intelligence and educator quality of life, emphasising how emotional intelligence is a critical talent for thriving in difficult circumstances. The UNDP's long-term development goals were also discussed. This book contributes to identifying solutions to the persistent underrepresentation of women, particularly young women, in the DRC's business sector.
