With the increasing stress of corporate life, there has been a growing emphasis in the business world on ensuring employee well-being beyond financial stability. Many of these efforts, such as in-house gyms, office gatherings and picnics, and flexible working hours, are, however, only on the surface. They treat the symptoms but not the underlying cause of the disease. Integral wellness perspectives can assist organisations in ensuring their employees' holistic well-being and providing long-term remedies to the core causes of work-related stress.
