Hypertension and Psychological Health Require Work Life Balance in the 21st Century | Chapter 06 | Emerging Trends in Disease and Health Research Vol. 3

This silent killer is also known as hypertension (HBP) and is linked to stress. To reduce the stress that causes HBP, companies must adopt work-life balance. The presence of a high systolic blood pressure suggests that the patient's arteries are under stress. Stressors that induce cortisol to rise, resulting in quicker heart rates, are indicated by a high diastolic pressure. Work-life balance, medicine, food, and exercise are all part of the treatment strategy for patients with HBP, according to doctors. Preventive care begins with living a healthy lifestyle that includes a work-life balance. Psychiatric therapy should be included in the treatment plan for people who have HBP as a result of life stress. HBP treatment necessitates a complete, healthy lifestyle for the rest of one's life. Work-life balance, as well as mind, body, and spirit, can help a patient's blood pressure.
