The goal of this study was to compare the ratio of the second to fourth digit in professional bodybuilders to controls. The 2nd:4th digit ratio has been linked to ethnicity. The extent of sex differences in 2nd: 4th, on the other hand, is consistent across ethnic groups. A total of 37 male body builders who practise at various gyms and have competed in various national/international contests were scanned and considered cases. Studies in sports requiring both cardiovascular efficiency and high-power output, such as rugby, rowing, and skiing, have found a link between digit ratio and performance. In comparison to the controls, men body builders had a much lower 2nd:4th ratio. As a result, a lower right to left 2nd:4th ratio in males could be a solid predictor of high athletic performance.
