To be effective, corporate leadership must be able to inspire people to act and encourage them to be content with their work in order to achieve organisational goals. This article examines the impact of charismatic leadership on educational personnel's work satisfaction and organisational commitment. Mixed method research with key informants from secondary education service area offices in Thailand, with school directors and teachers as part of the sample. The qualitative data was gathered using a documentary research and an interview questionnaire. Quantitative data gathering for surveys using questionnaires. Extreme vision, high personnel risk, idealised impact, inspiring motivation, personalised concern, and intellectual stimulation were all factors in charismatic leadership that lasted. The statistical importance of CFA is consistent with empirical facts. The statistical importance of the association between long-term charismatic leadership and job satisfaction and organisational commitment. In order to become a higher-performing company, the leaders of vital companies must push themselves to be strategic-based and strategic-driven.
