The usage of landfills to store paper waste is causing severe environmental problems all over the world. Because the building business uses so many resources, there is a huge need for construction materials. However, more waste paper is disposed of at landfills or dump sites than is recycled. Waste paper was used in the construction of concrete bricks, which is a new innovative composite material, in an experimental investigation. Experiments on compressive strength, weight, and water absorption properties were undertaken with sun dried and water cured materials at various curing periods. Paper in concrete gives high strength and durability, as well as a considerable weight reduction and low heat conductivity, according to test data.
