The Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia employs persuasive instructional tactics, according to this report. The purpose of this is to underline the Saudi Ministry of Health's directions and advise. For viral attack prevention, rapid information distribution is a top priority. Twenty-four Coronavirus texts (STC SMS) are chosen at random and evaluated to discover the key persuasive methods used as a baseline. Textual content analysis is used to assess the nature and relevance of persuasive methods. The conclusion is that the Ministry of Health used a range of persuasion strategies and tones. It is discovered that the Ministry of Health use persuasive methods alone or in combination. Logos, pathos, and ethos are all used in these techniques. It was also discovered that there are different techniques that can be stated and pointed out in every persuasive approach, implying that many techniques may be used in one strategy or another. Furthermore, ethos and logos are the most common types of persuasive strategy utilised in text exploration, but simple and straightforward language, emergency information language, and personal pronoun are the most commonly used persuasive tactics based on content analysis. In addition, in the text exploration, meaningful and reasonable tones are greatly stressed.
