Is there an Aesthetics in Golden Ratio as Regards to the Common CIS-Regulatory Elements and GC (G) Guanine (C) Cytosine / AT (A) Adenine (T) Thymine Base Pairs? | Chapter 06 | Selected Topics in Humanities and Social Sciences Vol. 9

"Systems approach theory" is one of the modern organisation theories. Many long-term linkages exist in general systems theory across a wide range of disciplines. Many syntheses can be created from these connected relationships using a variety of fields, ranging from chemistry and mathematics to biology. Atoms with the smallest base structures [Carbon(C), Nitrogen(N), Oxygen(O), and Hydrogen(H)], as well as the root numbers of the golden ratio following the comma (1, 618034...), can be used as a small unit for evaluating genetic algorithms. As a result, this paper attempts to investigate not only the relationship between golden ratio numbers "618" and molar masses of Adenine Thymine (AT) and Guanine Cytosine (GC) base pairs, but also the relationship between golden ratio numbers and both the average of TATA box nucleotides and CAAT box nucleotide bases sequence on the basis of molar masses. To begin with, the molar mass of (GC) base pairs "618" is the same as the value of golden ratio numbers following the comma (1, 618034...). Second, the value of "608" in the TATA Box gene sequence calculation and "602" in the CAAT Box gene sequence calculation are nearly identical to the first three digits "618" of the golden ratio after the comma (1,618). Third, NCBI blast findings of TATA and CAAT Box were specifically focused on a range of bony fishes, especially 'Denticle herring', after searching the CAAT box gene sequence "GGCCAATCT" and the TATA box gene sequence "TATAAAA" in the NCBI (National Center for Biotechnology) databases. In conclusion, after calculating the total atomic numbers of each TATA and CAAT Box, the numeric values of these results are almost identical to the first three digits "618" of the golden ratio following the comma (1,618).
