The goal of this study is to show how the spread of globalisation has affected labour markets in both developed and developing countries. Globalization has accelerated at an incredible rate. Over the last 50 years, many governments have gradually removed trade barriers through policy changes. The removal of these impediments has resulted in a reduction in both transportation and telecommunication costs. According to the findings, "tariff cuts and increased trade raise the wage premium in...technology heavy industries." Meanwhile, in Malaysia, there is a pay differential between exporters and non-exporters.
