Sustainable Productivity among Tribal Families of East Godavari District, India: A Novel Approach | Chapter 5 | Emerging Issues in Agricultural Sciences Vol. 2

 The main objective of the study search out ascertain suitable enlargement approaches for sustainable output of tribal and rural households. By rousing and organising rural and tribal society towards sustainable output, the agricultural extension order in India can become more direct and efficient. In order to effectively organise and hearten the farming community for better partnership, adoption, and authorization, innovative and effective approaches are wanted. A sample of 500 tribal families were picked on stratified random examination procedure from four village panchayats and seven hamlets established purposive random examination method. A socio-economic survey was completed activity by using PRA techniques to resolve the tribal synopsis of East Godavari district. Major issues were noted, and appropriate agro-based interventions for the preferred tribal region were suggested. After running a three-year, outwardly funded enlargement-based DBT project and putting attacks into place in the tribal area of the orient Godavari district, it was found that there is a lot of range to suggest appropriate, creative, and appropriate approaches for the ancestral and rural populace. For bringing about a desired change in reinforcing the way of life of country and tribal societies towards output and sustainability, appropriate innovative extension blueprints have been projected. The project interventions' use of the most current cutting-edge extension approaches has enhanced tribal institutions' long-term productivity and safety of livelihood.
