Varisonality and Surface Levels in Crystals with an Ionic Bond | Chapter 7 | Research Highlights in Science and Technology Vol. 1

 Based on the reconsidering of the Seitz scheme (1940), a new idea of the electronic form of interfaces (including the surface) of ionically shackled crystals is projected in the article. It is shown that the Coulomb complete action mutates an ordinary building with Tamm levels into a group of local levels from the Airy question. In the same mood, the electronic form of the interface of a coat with metallic material structure accompanying a fractal layer (in the form of a Sierpinski carpet) was intentional. The obtained results equipped to be very valuable for solving any of problems in nanoelectronics.
