Study on Car Parking Issue of Egyptian Cities | Chapter 1 | Research Aspects in Arts and Social Studies Vol. 9

 Car parking is immediately a major issue in two together developed and developing countries' urbane areas. Many municipalities are currently agony from a lack of parking spaces, which is being induced by an increase in car partnership. The root cause of urban car parking issues is an shortcoming between parking chance and demand. Part of the reason for this mismatch is on account of insufficient land use future planning and an miscalculation of future car parking needs. The current study focuses on the city's parking question, particularly in Egyptian metropolises. In this respect, the study begins by listing few present major motor parking problems in Cairo as an instance of Egyptian cities, professed their different causes and current tested – but ineffective – resolutions. The study focuses on some methods for concluding car parking issues in Egyptian capitals along three big axes: planning, management, and new motor parking technologies. Parking resolutions in cities changes depending on the nature of each of allure districts and allure facilities. The study concluded accompanying some approvals to help ease Egyptian cities' motor parking problems, based on a study of few current planning and administration trends and creative technical solutions. Suggests a means for achieving best community aims like enhancing urban maneuverability and trying to form cities more livable and adept.
