Uterus Didelphys in Nulliparous and Multiparous Women | Chapter 9 | Research Highlights in Disease and Health Research Vol. 6

 Uterus didelphys is a excellent congenital uterine anomaly characterized by the failure of embryogenetic melding of the Mullerian ducts. It will result in the composition of a double uterus with two different cervices, as well as a double vulva with a longitudinal septum. Here, we present two singular uterine didelphys instances with unique appearances. A nulliparous wife with post-coital extorting is the first case. A longitudinal brimming vaginal septum and two cervical holes were found on examination; conservative remedy was used. The USG confirmed the didelphys uterine verdicts. The patient was counseled and freed. The second case involves a multiparous wife who had a premature caesarean delivery, ruptured membranes, and meconium in this place term pregnancy and was due for an emergency surgical fetus delivery.
