Parents plays main role in nurturing minors’s social-passionate development. In the context of instruction, parents are the first schoolteachers for children, who present examples to youngsters shaping their attitudes and management in accordance with the standards prevailing in society. Therefore, it is lively to have sound instrument that can be used to label the role of persons in nurturing children’s friendly-emotional growth. This chapter aims to investigate the lawfulness and reliability of the mechanisms of the role of parents in connected to the internet learning and social-sensitive development of offsprings. This questionnaire is an adaptation of the prior study. This questionnaire was delivered to two early childhood education specialists and 50 randomly picked parents with children old 5 to 7 years. The SPSS 22 program is used to resolve the data. The validity study results for the questionnaire of parents' act in online education and children's social-sensitive development are 0.91 and 0.94, individually. Aside from the expert score, the results are 0.83 and 0.85, respectively. The Cronbach Alpha coefficient for the persons' role inquiry in online learning is 0.868, and the Cronbach Alpha cooperative for the children's public-emotional development inquiry is 0.860, according to reliability reasoning. This finding manifested that these two questionnaires can be used to determine the entertainment industry of parental function and the stage of social-exciting development of juveniles. Overall, the findings of the study could be used to a similar future study.
