The digital economy has emerged as a result of the digital transition, as mentioned in this article. On the one hand, the digital transformation has altered people's lifestyles, while on the other hand, digitalization has completely altered business procedures. Every country, developed or developing, has been severely touched by the digital economy. The digital economy is made up of three core components, and many business models have emerged as a result of the digital transition. The internet of things, cloud computing, and e-commerce are examples of this. These three business models have favourable overall economic consequences, and they are becoming the driving force behind global economic growth.
