The Pioneer Effect: A New Physics with a New Principle | Chapter 09 | New Trends in Physical Science Research Vol. 1

The Pioneer 10/11, Galileo, and Ulysses spacecraft's radiometric data revealed an unusual constant acceleration operating on them, directed toward the Sun, as well as a progressive increase in the radio signal frequency emitted by the receding transmitter. An induced gravitational effect on the S-band signals flowing between the probe and the Earth, coming from the electromagnetic features of the outer Solar System vacuum zero-point radiation interacting with matter, can explain Pioneer 10's reported anomalous acceleration of magnitude m/s2. These induced forces act in addition to typical gravitational forces, breaching the principle of equivalence. As a possible explanation for the non-conventional Pioneer effect, we propose a novel physical hypothesis based on a new concept termed "Compensation." Our world is made up of two opposing but complimentary structures, according to the Relation theory, which is an alternative to the inflationist model. The principle of Compensation, which violates Relativity theory and predicts such acceleration, is equivalent to the concept of Equivalence for the electromagnetic spacetime metric.
