The rationale and clinical indications for minimally invasive lumbar spine decompression are discussed in this book. The basic surgical technique for doing lumbar spine decompression with minimally invasive surgery is also outlined. In addition, some clinical examples from the Author's personal experience are discussed. This technique's outcomes are briefly described. The minimally invasive decompression of the lumbar spine is beneficial in a variety of clinical situations and has great clinical outcomes. When treating individuals with lumbar spine degenerative disease, it should always be considered as a possibility.
