The growth of synthetically main free radical precursor from persulfate catalyst is an entertaining and wide-reaching urgent task. Persulfate mediated electro catalyzed oxidation of differing substituted benzyl alcohols in presence of water and dichloromethane gives functionalized scented benzaldehyde. In terms of green strength concern, electrochemical C-H activation has been acknowledged to be an adept strategy for the conversion of alcohols in appearance of H2S2O8/H2O system to give the scalable products accompanying high regioselectivity and in good to superior yields. The present work utilizes catalytic quantities completely scenarios and the selectivity is powerfully governed for one applied potential in a simple cup type electrolysis cell.
