PHYOG a Multi-therapeutic Approach in Sub Acute Bilateral Mechanical Neck Pain | Chapter 6 | Research Developments in Medicine and Medical Science Vol. 7

Mechanical Neck pain is induced by sustained poor narrow connector posture, movement of narrow connector, and on palpation pain in cervical muscles outside presence of some pathology. The study was a randomized controlled trial to test the impact of different situations, namely Ardh Matsyendrasana, OM chanting, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) and linked Ardh Matsyendrasana, OM chanting, and PNF, on subacute reciprocal mechanical neck pain. Pressure pain opening (PPT) and health-accompanying quality of life in things experiencing narrow connector pain were evaluated. The study found that all three situations had a significant beneficial effect on the PPT of cervical muscles sternocleidomastoid and rhomboids and health-accompanying quality of life in things with subacute mutual mechanical neck pain. However, linked Ardh Matsyendrasana, OM chanting, and PNF was raise to be the most direct treatment in conditions of improving pressure pain threshold, in addition to improving fitness-related quality of history. In conclusion, the study suggests that linked approach of PHYOG (Ardh Matsyendrasana, OM chanting, and PNF) can be productive treatments for subacute mutual mechanical neck pain. However, the choice of situation should believe the specific needs and goals of the individual having treatment.
