An osteochondroma, as known or named at another time or place an exostosis, is a benign bone swelling that typically cultivates in the metaphysis of long bones, primarily the distal leg part, proximal tibia, and near humerus. It consists of a thin outgrowth covered by a piece of animate skeleton cap. The left foot of a young female patient accompanying a synostosing osteochondroma is affected in this place unusual case. On X-ray, a well- defined exostosis emergent from the second, third & one of four equal parts metatarsals, causing pressure erosion and forthcoming fracture of the same. MRI flip through also positively depicted the lesion and the deterioration of the metatarsals. The patient underwent removal through back as well as plantar slit. Intraoperatively, a sessile hard bony swelling accompanying a broad base resembling a cauliflower was found. Osteochondromas are exceptionally localized in the nadir and ankle. Although most of the osteochondromas should be medicated conservatively until wasted maturity, those moving the foot should be medicated with surgical extraction in order to relieve pain or avoid fracture due to the extending nature concerning this benign tumour.
