The Application of Planning Model to the Rating of Villages with the Potential of Tourism (Case Study: Bandar Anzali City, Iran) | Chapter 6 | Current Topics on Business, Economics and Finance Vol. 3

 Bandar Anzali is individual of the most fascinating cities of the Gilan responsibility in Iran. Its area is 308,1 square kilometers and allure community is 118,564 people. Also it has two Rural neighborhoods, Chahar Farizah, and Lijarki Hassan Rood, and it has 28 villages. Its sandy beaches and ponds have always agreeable crowds of tourists.The occupancy of natural interests in this city live well it individual of the most appealing tourist spots in Iran. While sightseers do not know much about the life of green and beautiful villages in this place city. The current research aims to identify and rank country tourism potentials utilizing the planning model. The mathematical culture of the current research is all the villages of Bandar Anzali city. The research method is explanatory and analytical. According to the field of the research, two methods have happened used to collect news: in the first part, the use of library documents to present believes and theories engaged of travel of the studied villages has existed given. In the second part, established 27 indicators of country tourism efficiency, information on the potentials in the villages in the form of field and inquiry, identified and calm, and before, using the creative planning model came from the Gutman model, the ranking of the villages in agreements of the number of potentials Rural tourism actions have been completed activity and the villages have been recognized on the drawing of the city in 3 levels. The findings show that the villages of Abkanar, Bashman, Sangachin, Jafraward Payan, and Ali Abad (level 1) have the capital and Kechlak, Khimran, Kochk Mahaleh, Siah Khale Sar, Shile Sar, Maaf, Tarbgode and Karbalai Gode (level 3) have the lowest. There are country tourism potentials. To anticipate the development of travel in villages, facilities concede possibility be provided established the existing touristry potential.
