This paper depicts the role of the experience's first centre for the integration of energy from undepletable source electricity into the energetic grid (CECRE (Centro de Control de Energas Renovables; Control Centre for Renewable Energies)) and the industrialized development of big energy suppliers and wind device that drives a machine manufacturers in Spain. This study is different in that it offers a inclusive understanding of the factors that managed to Spain's relative decline in the global regarding of wind energy builders. The approach of the economic study of mechanical policy authorizes one to interpret why Spain's relative outstandingness in the global wind farm countryside has declined. Two drives enabled the incident of one of the first joined markets for this type of energy beginning. The key offerings were the development of two program programs (wind management and administration of solar light occurrence), their visual exercise, and centralized mathematical control. An economic and trade history approach is used to show the rise and relative breakdown of the Spanish wind industry all the while the period 2004–2015, when Spain enhanced the fourth country following in position or time China, the US, and Germany in terms of equipped capacity of energy from undepletable source and, in relative conditions, the second country after Denmark.
