This study is transported to assess the existent scenario of Medical Termination of Pregnancy cases and the sociodemographic characterization of such cases giving to a Tertiary care Hospital. Since time immemorial, failure was and still remains an main health concern of wives across India .Induced abortion either safe or dangerous, legal or banned is a generative health service that is to say part of the lives of various women all across the country. Despite that skilled is a dire need for a sense of liberty to exercise her rights to take exclusive conclusion of terminating or continuing her gestation, the fact remnants that termination of gestation in India is to be attended as stipulated in the MTP Ac. The Act frequently limits the freedom of daughters who equal seek failure as a right. In this backdrop the study was undertaken accompanying the objective to study socio-demographic characterization, orders and various clues in the reported Medical Termination of Pregnancy cases.
