The present study aims to scrutinize the antibacterial exercise of three different rhizomes of Curcumin developed in different regions of Tamil Nadu proven against the multi drug resistant Uropathogens unique from patients accompanying type2 DM. A common ailment that affects crowd with diabetes is urinary tract contamination. Diabetes increases the risk of UTI due to a broken genitourinary tract. The multi-drug fighting of uropathogens to standard antibiotic cure is a rising concern in the management of UTI in diabetes inmates. A total of 120 midstream urine samples were composed using unproductive uricols (Hi media pvt India Ltd) from the diabetology area of Bangalore Hospital. Urine samples were processed in testing room within two hours of collection. Recent changeful trends in antimicrobial fighting demands quick alternative establishment for the control of frequent UTI in patients accompanying Diabetes Mellitus. In this prospective study we examined the rhizomes of Curcuma longa and C. aromatica commonly known as turmeric calm from three different domains of Tamil Nadu. Turmeric extracts have shown a chemo securing effect against Uropathogens. With the investigations started in this study we intend the potential bactericidal activity and curative use of C. longa and C. aromatica. Study results indicated good antimicrobial efficiency of the wild type core of C. aromatica on various multi opposing UTI pathogens of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Methicillin resistant S. aureus, (MRSA) Vancomycin resistant Enterococcus Faecalis, (VRE) and E. coli.
