The basic goal of this stage was to compare two together methods of intracaeserean insert of postpartum intrauterine contraceptive device, manual vs. influential, as well as to investigate the influence, safety, and continuation rate of intracaeserean Postpartum intrauterine condom device (PPIUCD) as a hormone method. The study included 100 matters who were undergoing Lower piece Cesarian section (LSCS). In Group-A (N=50) Cu-T 380A was inserted manually and camp-B (N=50) it was inserted accompanying PPIUCD forceps. All subjects were listened for three months, either clinically or by phone. Both groups' complaints, reactions, complications, and findings were distinguished and analyzed. The memory rate after the follow-up ending was 94% in Group A and 92% in Group B. There was singular case, (2%) of expulsion in Group-B. 3 (6%) matters in Group-A and 3(6%) of the cases in Group-B got PPIUCD distant for various reasons. There were no infections, perforations, or pill failures. Intracaeserean PPIUCD is an effective method of postpartum contraception, and two together methods (manual and instrumental) are evenly effective with few aftereffects and complications, as well as extreme client reputation.
