Nutrients are essential for human health, but likewise different compounds stretch to be recognized in foods, and their energy features are appropriate better implicit.The respondents were a deliberate sample of founders from two domains of the Czech Republic – parishes of Ceske Budejovice (CB, N=376) and Karvina (KA, N=449).
