The whim of complex numbers is intimately had connection with the Fundamental Theorem of Algebra and is at the very support of mathematical reasoning. There are very sound reasons to want to evolve a complete understanding of complex algebra. However, the task has existed far from being straightforward. Nevertheless, skilled has existed some (although arguably slow) progress, for example in the study of superiority of complex numbers. This phase introduces the ideas of strong and feeble surpassing numbers.
