Rare Case of Bilateral Elbow Dislocation with Radial Head Fractures in a 33 Year Male | Chapter 7 | Perspective of Recent Advances in Medical Research Vol. 9

 A 33-period-old man bestowed with a infrequent case of bilateral elbow displacement with associated branching head fractures. Following road traffic casualty patient presented to the emergency, the elbow dislocations were treated skilled, the left branching head fracture was doctored conservatively for four weeks in an above elbow lump, and the right radial head and neck rupture was treated surgically accompanying Herbert screw obsession for the radial head break and buttress plating for the branching neck rupture. At the six-month examination, the patient reported no pain and great range of motion in two together flexion and extension, accompanying pronation and supination of the elbows reaching 50o and 40o for the right elbow and 60o and 45o for the abandoned, respectively.
