Rise in Pulp Chamber Temperature after Activation with Different Curing Lights on Bleached Teeth | Chapter 9 | Perspective of Recent Advances in Medical Research Vol. 9

The purpose concerning this study was to evaluate rise in pulp room temperature after incitement with different helping cure lights on bleached teeth. Bleaching has been secondhand as a corrective measure for treatment of sullied teeth. It maybe done internally on non-lively teeth or externally on lively teeth. A total of 100 freshly gleaned non-carious human maxillary central and sideways incisor teeth were secondhand in this study. The prophylaxis of the cuspid crown was performed using elastic cup with clean. Diode laser showed larger temperature rise as distinguished to LED because diode laser have taller energy output and had a larger wavelength which hold high energy photon on account of which it increases the temperature of pulp room and shortens the duration of bleaching process. Intensity and characteristics of curing lights performed an important role in hotness increase. Infrared digital thermometer is a practicable means of quantifying the change in hotness during tooth bleaching accompanying light curing units. Higher power force curing lights should be secondhand for shorter period of time for fear that undesired pulpal response.
