A Review on the Electrochemical Behavior of Titanium Improved by Nanotubular Oxide Obtained via Anodization for Biomaterial Applications | Chapter 8 | Progress in Chemical Science Research Vol. 6

Titanium group of chemical elements nanotubes are gaining popularity in a type of applications, containing solar energy, sensors, catalysts, and biomaterials. We review the electrochemical behaviour of titanium group of chemical elements nanotubes prepared by anodization in simulated physique fluids in this chapter. TiO2 nanotube electrochemical behaviour is contingent upon its study of plants and surface properties. These surface characteristics of titanium group of chemical elements nanotubes generated by anodization depend laboriously on two elements: the anodization process parameters and the electrolyte environments used. To optimise titanium group of chemical elements nanotube with required kinds for particular application, these factors must be correctly chosen.
