This study resolved the behaviour of organization microscopic chemically modified tetraether lipids caldarchaeol-PO4 on the qualification of the solid surface-supported disk silicon to amino-silanised using Langmuir-Blodgett films, Self Assembling Monolayers (SAMs), ellipsometry, and tiny force microscopy (AFM). On the silicon wafer accompanying an amino-silaned surface, the monolayers of caldarchaeol-PO4 remained constant. By using the Langmuir-Blodgett technique and SAMs, the organisations of microscopic monolayers of caldarchaeol-PO4 have been checked. In the Langmuir-Blodgett procedure, surface pressure is completed activity in monolayers of more flat, inhomogeneous caldarchaeol-PO4. A large flat rule is displayed by another way of monolayers caldarchaeol-PO4 utilizing SAMs. Monolayers caldarchaeol-PO4 by the Langmuir-Blodgett order appears expected stable and chemically opposing after washing accompanying organic solvent and an supplementary treatment ultrasonification accompanying various lipid thicknesses of about 2 nm to 6 nm. Conversely monolayers caldarchaeol-PO4 by SAMs perform less than monolayers caldarchaeol-PO4 for one Langmuir-Blodgett method, thicknesses varying from 1 nm to 3 nm.
