Experimenting on Spline Solution of Linear Seventh Order Boundary Value Problems Using Tenth Degree Functions and Comparison with Different Degrees of Spline Solutions | Chapter 10 | Theory and Practice of Mathematics and Computer Science Vol.2

Numerical solutions to general linear boundary value problems of order seven are considered in this chapter. Following the procedure of CubicSpline Bickley, tenth degree spline approximations are formed and applied. At various phase lengths, estimated numerical solutions are computed, and absolute errors are also measured. The findings are tabulated and illustrated in pictorial terms. In addition, with eighth and ninth degree spline solutions, the outcomes of the tenth degree spline function solutions are compared.
