The approach to system identification is a
data-driven approach that constructs a mathematical system model that has been widely
applied to astronomy, automatic control, economics and society. Currently, in
the field of biomedical engineering, device recognition is widely used. The
behaviour of the system is defined by a series of procedures in which the
chemical and physical properties are defined by each step. With the rapid
advancement of science and technology in various disciplines, the status of the
device identification method is becoming increasingly important. This article
presents both linear and non-linear identification of the system. Briefly, the
Autoregressive Exogenous (ARX) method was clarified, and finally, the
applications in the biomedical engineering field based on ARX system
recognition were presented.
