The happening of new advanced electronics and the general environments of providing welfare has raised the trends in the type of social undertakings around the globe. This creates a need to research the diversified aspects guide their growth and growth. The increasing spread of social undertakings across the globe and the benefits of the countries with its own government and societies from their life created a need of academic research to find the exact reasons for their life in different circumstances. Different forms of these organizations have likewise been considered with diversified dimensions that developed in their undefined reasons of life in various circumstances. This paper will shed light on those infinite and under-researched reasons that will assist academic research to present a push in their growth. Based on the evidence from Pakistan, this paper is a contribution to accept the role of public enterprises by labeling six main reasons behind their development. By administering qualitative research methodology, the research contributes to providing judgments about those needs that are important for the progress and development of public enterprises in underdeveloped countries.
