Annotating Hypothetical Proteins from Glycine max (L.) Merr. Proteome Using Comparative Screening for Identifying Novel Functional Proteins | Book Publisher International

The book was about using Comparative Screening to annotate hypothetical proteins from the Glycine max (L.) Merr. proteome in order to find new functional proteins. The goal of the study was to ascribe a function to a specific group of protein sequences and to determine the role of hypothetical proteins in metabolic pathways for drug discovery. The annotation of putative proteins will most likely be beneficial as a dataset for future Transgenic methods research. Hypothetical Proteins could be a tremendous treasure mine for modern research in terms of providing new and scientific facts.
