COVID 19 inspired people to pursue the road of psychiatric emergency as a means of keeping people emotionally unstable through a variety of variants. People's emotional health is harmed as a result of this. COVID 19, then Delta, and now Omicron variant have all propagated the pandemic.
Stress is unavoidable in one's existence. It has an impact on both bodily and emotional states when you're dealing with it. There are both environmental and internal variables that might cause stress. Managing stress entails learning how to adjust to both the environmental and internal factors that affect one's ability to manage stress. Stress management aids in coping with stress and leading a healthy lifestyle.
