Determining and Evaluating the Role of Education and Socialization in the Manifestation of Aggressive Behavior | Chapter 3 | Research Developments in Arts and Social Studies Vol.2

The goal of this article is to emphasise the importance of environmental factors, particularly education and socialisation, in moulding an individual's social behaviour, particularly aggressive and undesired behaviour. Following the initial reflection and conceptual definitions, it tries to describe the biological, linguistic, emotional, cognitive, and mental state and evolution of humans as a result of their relative and non-relative environment by using theoretical and empirical facts. In this regard, an effort is made to emphasise the importance of education and socialisation in the construction of the social entity and its features, which are then used by humanity in the social management of communication and coexistence/symbiosis with their fellow humans. The importance of "natural and unnatural educators'" practises and experiences in their daily interactions with children is highlighted, with the emphasis on how violent behaviours establish conditions for their acceptance, repetition, and reinforcement. At this point, the importance of the family is emphasised first, followed by the importance of school. These institutions serve a critical role in instilling beliefs and behaviours in youngsters that promote peaceful behaviour and human coexistence. The school, where systematic education and socialisation are conducted, must be sensitive to the needs and interests of the students, arming them with perspectives and techniques for logical, democratic, and peaceful management of any type of communication, including conflict.
