Ectopic breast tissue fibroadenoma is a rather uncommon condition. Ectopic breast tissues can be detected along the milk line. Malignancy is more prevalent than fibroadenoma in ectopic breast tissue. It's possible to find ectopic breast tissue with or without a nipple areola complex. A 20-year-old woman presented with an ectopic breast tissue fibroadenoma in the anterior chest wall but no nipple areola complex. On the patient, excision and biopsy were conducted. Histopathology confirmed the fibroadenoma of the ectopic breast tissue. Because of its rarity, this case was presented to emphasise the importance of monitoring EBT for any abnormalities as part of routine breast screening.
