The chorionic type intermediate trophoblastic cell neoplasm epithelioid trophoblastic tumour (ETT) is a rare chorionic type intermediate trophoblastic cell neoplasm. It's a form of tumour that primarily affects women of reproductive age and usually develops after a pregnancy. ETT can occur both intrauterine and extrauterine, and it's easy to mistake it for other illnesses such squamous cell carcinoma, placental site nodule, and placental site trophoblastic tumour. There have been reports of metastasis and death. As a result, a precise diagnosis of this tumour is required to minimise delays in treatment as well as unneeded and excessive treatment. ETT is a chemoresistant tumour for which surgical treatment is considered sufficient. A 36-year-old lady presented with abdominal pain, vaginal white discharge, and a cervical tumour was diagnosed as ETT. The goal of this research is to gain a full understanding of this entity, which is uncommon and has a specific histology and immunohistochemical profile, in order to minimise delays in adequate therapy.
