Triage, Risk Concept and Prehospital Emergencies in Psychiatric Ambulance: Proposal for Implementation in the City of Buenos Aires | Chapter 2 | Current Progress in Medicine and Medical Research Vol. 1

 This episode describe a Triage suggestion to be applied in prehospital mediations by the insane ambulance dependent on the Alvear Hospital and undercurrent legal requirements. Psychiatric emergencies are harsh behavioral changes secondary to decaying mental illness. Such positions present a risk to the patient and other people, so they need next therapeutic attack. They are associated with impressions of fear, anger, prejudice, and even exclusion. The study of prehospital emergency interferences with the insane ambulance of our ward was carried out through the evolutions carried out in the "Ambulance Duty Book". The sort proposal contained the internationally used tests related to opportunity, the reason for the intervention, the dispassionate presentation and the proposed approach approach. The triage arrangement is a tool that allows for the systematisation of approaches against the sort of causes for consultation and performance of mental pathologies in the emergency, in addition to fostering better interventional effectiveness, arrangement homogeneity, and consensus between the health effectors.  The use of triage in insane pathologies is based not only on the response occasion, but also on the money that a device has to put oneself in the place of another them.
