A Chemometrics-Driven Strategy for Assessment of Treatment Efficacy: Contemporary Approach towards Effective and Individualized Treatments | Chapter 6 | Current Progress in Medicine and Medical Research Vol. 5

 The aim of the study search out give a brief overview elementary applications of several usually used chemometric algorithms for multivariate data study in the field of assessment of situation efficacy. Due to large amounts of calculation data proper dossier analysis is essential to think the studied problem and acquire relevant information. The elementary steps in the chemometric-driven strategy offset from data pre-processing, data forming/exploration as well as posing the differences among groups of dossier is presented together with few examples. Emphasis will be given on the fundamental characteristics and applications of the algorithms in addition to some possible disadvantages of their use.
