 The aim concerning this article search out enlighten the physiotherapist’s outlook of Yoga and encourage the use of Yoga remedy as an adjunct to physiotherapy exercises indifferent pain syndromes. Yoga is an ancient skill on spirituality that introduced in India. Ashtang Yoga is one of the courses and has eight steps that are Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi. Yoga works on the mind-carcass concept, inasmuch as physiotherapy focuses on the physical facet. The latest concepts and methods that have evolved in physiotherapy have existed discovered and trained in yoga ages ago that has been detailed in this division. But still there is less evidence of the influence of yoga in the management of various pain syndromes and diseases. Hence, the effectiveness of yoga as an help in the treatment of various conditions needs expected further studied.
