Yogic Breathing for Highest Protection to Life: A Brief Overview | Chapter 4 | Current Innovations in Disease and Health Research Vol. 3

 This unit highlights about yogic alive as Highest Protection to Life. Yoga breathing improves strength and speeds up recovery. There are any significant yogic respiring exercises [pranayama] discussed in addition to their advantages and disadvantages. Yogic alive aids in ancestry purification, cavity and nasal passageway clearance, increased blood flow, central nervous system toning, and result of pranic vigor.  It controls the acid- salty balance of the immune order, reduces the risk for the formation of kidney minerals, helps to reduce the bulk weight. Pranayama reduces stress and worry, calms the mind, and removes depressing disorders. Pranayama or yogic breathing techniques calms the central nervous system and aids in upholding blood pressure and stress reactions. Physical relaxation, knowledge, and exultation are the effects of yogic practices in the way that Surya namaskar, which is an old yogic practice where twelfth yoga postures are performed in proper sequence following a specific breathing pattern. Further pranayama exercises reverse diabetes, protects against tumor, detoxifies the body, lowers the cholesterol levels, and upgrades blood vessel function. Glucuronic acid has few strong detoxifying possessions. Its main function in the body is to connect with drugs, poisons, and hormones, and either to carry ruling class to different parts of the crowd or eliminate them. Exercises for break control, or pranayama, help to detoxify the body, support active liver function, reverse diabetes, lower LDL and total cholesterol levels, and reduce risk of tumor.
