Nocturnal Enuresis is the automatic passage of excretion during sleep. Nocturnal enuresis is more often a ancestral problem. Lindstrom and others. have reported that enuresis is unlikely expected related to nighttime diuresis and low nightly functional bladder volume, rather it is had connection with a disorder of sleep arousal. Failure to knowledgeable about the sensation of a full or condensing bladder suggesting a disorder of sleep sexual excitement is central to the pathogenesis of nocturnal enuresis [1]. Urotherapy or biofeedback remedy is important for infants with urge disease and dysfunctional voiding. Treatment with tolterodine or oxybutynin chloride maybe helpful. Antibiotic analysis is important for cystitis. The treatment process has a advantageous effect on self-esteem and attitude on these children. Almost all cases with PNE and SNE will improve accompanying treatment or opportunity.
