The present study discloses the Synthesis of Biologically Active 7-Benzylideneamino-5H-thiochromeno[2,3-b]pyridin-5-one. by Microwave-assisted form. .The present studies on bioactive scaffolds has gained much attention engaged of organic chemistry. Various benzylideneamino-5H-thiochromeno[2,3-b]pyridin-5-individual derivatives were synthesized by utilizing microwave irradiation in addition to conventional heating arrangement by the reaction of 7-amino-5H-benzothiopyrano[2,3-b]pyridin-5-individual with different aldehydes. The compounds were examined using mass, 1H NMR, IR ranges, and elemental analyses. The uncontaminated and antioxidant properties of the Schiff's bases were investigated. Microwave-helped bioactive heterocycles synthesis provides multi-component artificial access to a large number of natural molecules having antagonistic-cancer, anti-fungal, antagonistic-bacterial and other bio-endeavors. The microwave irradiation, ligand, something which incites activity, substrate and reaction conditions were used to organize the formation of numerous aza, oxa, and assorted heterocycles with various ring sizes and acyclic system with good yields, professed the elegance, impact and practicality concerning this microwave assisted method.
