Sarcoidosis is a favorable integral granulomatosis accompanying an obscure cause. Parenchymal difficulty in the interstices is usual. The pseudoalveolar type is exceptional, repeatedly severe in beginning, and disputing to recognize, but it fast gets better accompanying corticosteroid situation. Here, we present a case of pseudoalveolar sarcoidosis in a young female patient accompanying a unique and worrying radiological and dispassionate performance. In this work, we climax the oddity concerning this pseudoalveolar type, the challenge of an early labeling, and the importance of communicable it into concern. However, in 25% to 30% of cases, the radiological verdicts are nonconforming and inexperienced to most radiologists, making a correct disease troublesome. There have happened many reports of nonconforming forms of intrathoracic sarcoidosis. We assembled a case of different radiological verdict and detailed a disorder conventional form. Finally, we review the superior answer concerning this different form of sarcoidosis to corticosteroid medicine and the significance of offset cure early.
