Objectives: The Naturally Optimized Revenue Demand in Communities (NORDIC) model was working to improve the trained workers by providing a practical method. Authorities, senators, and others got a tool to change the labor policy. The started model considered and promoted the strength of the workforce and lowered the costs of non-employment.Methods: The submitted methodology generated pretended shadow costs that were introduced into all's accounts to specify financial inducements to raise the employment-to-population percentage. One significant determinant that only by one number expressed how persuasive the labor policy was over earlier the associated shadow cost and allure impact on the PSBR.Results: This case study demonstrated how the trained workers in the Swedish society maybe improved by use of the NORDIC model.
