An Interpretation of The Beatles’ Music | Chapter 12 | Research Developments in Arts and Social Studies Vol. 4

The goal of this study is to outline the elements of the Beatles' influence on popular culture in the 1960s. Their new musical style includes qualities that make it appealing to people all around the world. These features will be analysed when listening to their music. The first question concerns the roots of their music. Not only do they have origins in rhythm and blues, but they also have roots in Western and Eastern folk music.

The second point to consider is whether conventional tone functions affect emotional perception. The explanation is that the Minor tonality serves the same purpose as the Major in terms of pleasure, brightness, and happiness. The third distinguishing aspect is their pursuit of a blend of classical and popular music. The fourth characteristic might be viewed as a  fusion of eras and civilizations, such as contemporary and Baroque. Finally, I suggest forming similar music groups for mental patients who enjoy The Beatles' music.
