A common congenital uterine anomaly that is typically asymptomatic is a bicornuate uterus. With the use of imaging tools, its diagnosis is essentially parclinical. Reconstructive surgery could be required in specific circumstances. This paper's goal is to draw attention to the case's complicated diagnostic features as well as its therapeutic and prognostic components. This case involves a young lady who was pregnant on an unnoticed unicollis bicornuate uterus; the pregnancy was first diagnosed as an unruptured ectopic pregnancy. The bicornuate uterus still presents diagnostic difficulties, especially in underprivileged communities with few diagnostic facilities.
